Excellent service and customer care from start to finish. Salesman Ross was thorough, informative and made sure we got everything we required. Installation team were great coping excellently with our rural location and weather. The onsite team led by Leon and James managed to deal with some unexpected issues that arose.

Just had Nusolas complete installation of 21 panels , 10kw battery and Zappi charging point , from initial consultation with Ross , to completion with Bobby , it’s been a very positive experience , all the lads involved in the installation were top class , highly recommend Nusolas for any solar panel job.

Very happy I went to local supplier NuSolus, and with the installation and electrics and in particular the back room Customer Service. Very neat workmanship and I am very happy to recommend them. My main reason for choosing NuSolus was that they are based.in Shannon.

Excellent service both pre and post installation. The panels were installed in one day very neatly and professionally. They have resulted in a substantial lowering of my electricity bill. What has impressed me the most through is the level of customer service post installation. The team are incredibly quick to resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner. Overall service was outstanding.

Hi.
Just want to say very happy with Nusolas. The most important thing you want from a salesman is that he has complete knowledge of the systems and what the best layout would be. This was Michael Bates.Then the leader on the site , Leon , was especially helpful, very good at explanations etc and then ,possibly , the most important function, connecting up the electrics where James excelled.All in all it was a pleasure to meet these people and I am very happy with the outcome.

We are delighted with our solar panels! Bobby and the team worked so efficiently and answered all our emails and questions promptly. Once work on installation began, it was done extremely quickly and to the highest standard, everyone on the team was very courteous too. We were also grateful for their guidance on app set up and how to adjust settings to make the most of our panels. Would 100% recommend!

Really happy with my my dealings with Nusolar from my initial dealings with Ross through to instal & activation, we did run into a system location issue at the first site visit but after a 2nd site visit an acceptable alternative solution was agreed. The installation was efficient but we ran into a WiFi connection issue which required a separate booster to be installed but this wasn’t a Nusolar issue but the connection was completed some time later. Overall very happy & can see the return on investment already! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nusolar!

I had a good experience with nusolas, everything went well, I have an issue with the solar panels ground racking which need extra bracing which have not been resolved so far, other than that I'm very happy with the experience.

NuSolas recently installed our 19 panel system and from beginning to end their service has been top class. From the initial quote, follow up on any questions right through to confirmation, installation and connection of the system, there have been no delays. The panels were installed with safety being to the forefront throughout. All staff were a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Very happy with our installation process. The company were prompt and the salesman Ross was thorough, informative and very pleasant to deal with. Once the decision was made to go with NuSolas, I found all staff helpful and pleasant. The day of the installation- the men were efficient, pleasant and very tidy. NuSolas were very professional in every aspect of the installation. The sales manager was able to advise on the best solution suitable for our house.The installation team were very efficient and had the panels installed in one day. The electricians connected to the meter box and had the whole system up and running two days later. Bobby then called to our house and gave a full run through the system, he installed the app and demonstrated how the whole system works.
The system is surprisingly neat and tidy and it's barely noticeable
I would recommend NuSolas highly without hesitation to anyone who is considering getting solar panels.
